Since 2007, Dr. Kim has spoken about the TAD technique in the AAO, especially for the open bite treatment. The method includes one mid-palatal mini-implant or two maxillary buccal implants. However, doctors who treat open bites for the first time or who meet complex cases tend to become embarrassed when facing unexpected problems. This lecture will explain how he overcame the difficult situations he encountered in his open-bite journey. He will summarize the mistakes and solutions from his experience of more than 20 years in treating open bites with TADs. Cases will explain the 20 clinical tips, making the doctors treat open bites easier. After this lecture, when treating an open bite with TADs, the attendants can approach them more confidently.
