Providing stability for the masticatory function is very important for the overall health of our patients. There is a trend in dentistry today to recommend fixed implant hybrid solutions and depend on digital technology and guides which may make treatment simply unaffordable for many patients. We will be showcasing how implant retained/supported overdentures in the mandible provide predictable results with improved stability, retention, function, and patient satisfaction compared with conventional dentures and how this is still a very viable option for today's edentulous population. Going back to the basics can increase treatment acceptance in your practice.
