Replacing edentulous or terminal dentition in patients with immediately loaded implants has shown to be very successful. Perfecting this treatment modality with the use of new technology, digitally derived treatment planning, and proactive guided surgery has led to less surgical time, more precise implant placement, and very accurate immediately loaded provisionalization. Fully guided full-arch surgery and prosthetics lead to lower-risk procedures, less morbidity, and better long-term results that benefit the ones that matter most, our patients.
