I will be discussing free-handing lower implants that will retain a tissue-supported implant retained mandibular denture. I will discuss the entire process from diagnosing with CBCT on which patients are candidates, planning case prior to surgery, anesthesia, prosthetic requirements (Vertical prosthetic space required), soft tissue management (intra-osseous suturing of flap), use of L-PRF, recognition of anatomical landmarks, avoiding vital structures, and paralleling implants (is it needed) ZEST.
