Cancellation Policy Cancellation requests must be received in writing, via email, within 7 days of purchase date. Refunds within 7 days of purchase date will be issued less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued if cancellation request is received after 7 days of purchase date. Refunds will not be issued if the registrant has accessed the on-line video platform.
