Dr. Ye Shi received her DDS degree from Nanjing University in China, 2011. She completed a 3-year post-graduate residency and accomplished her master’s degree of Prosthodontics in Pecking Union Medical College, China, 2014. Afterward, she moved to New York for further training. She first accomplished a 2-year Advanced Program for International Dentists in Implant Dentistry at NYU College of Dentistry and stayed as a clinical fellow for another year. Dr. Shi graduated from a 3-year Advanced Education Program of Periodontics in NYU College of Dentistry in June 2020. Dr.Shi is American board certified periodontist, as well as a diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) and member of many organizations in prosthodontics, periodontics and implantology. She was invited to lecture nationally and internationally, participating in meetings and symposiums worldwide. She has received numerous awards for her clinical research, which she has published in peer- reviewed journals and presented more than ten scientific posters both in the US and internationally. Dr. Shi is currently a clinical assistant professor in the Ashman Department of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at NYU College of Dentistry.

The AAE is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider, a recognized provider in California (#2030), Florida (#PP0049). Programs of the AAE (#214682) are accepted by AGD for Fellowship/Mastership credit. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. The AAE designates this activity for up to 28.5 continuing education credits. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to the Commission for Continuing Education Provider Recognition at ada.org/cerp.
