The concept of coaching as a leadership style has become a mainstream concept within the corporate and coaching communities in recent years. Many of the Fortune 500 companies now recognize the numerous benefits of having leaders that are able to effectively coach their direct reports. Small organizations like clinical endodontic practices are the perfect environment for coaching as a leadership style.
