Teeth with endodontic and periodontal involvement often present challenges for the practitioner. The prognosis for these teeth depends on several factors, and a good discussion and collaboration between the endodontist and the periodontist is essential. This session will provide background information on endodontic and periodontal relationships and factors that affect the overall tooth prognosis. There will also be a thoughtful discussion on the management of cases with endodontic and periodontal involvement.
