Patients and practitioners alike want to avoid the pain commonly associated with endodontic therapy. This session will present strategies for care when the first line of local anesthesia or pain management fail to achieve the desired results and patients struggle with pain during treatment and post-treatment. It will focus on literature-based methods of trying to achieve pain control for patients through supplemental anesthesia and analgesics.
