Don’t miss the annual Career Fair at AAE23! The career fair is an opportunity for employers from across the country to meet endodontists seeking employment. In 2022, we had about 150 attendees from 33 states and 3 countries. It was the largest Career Fair with 72 companies represented. Join us on Friday, May 5, 10 – 11:30 a.m.

Looking for the perfect job? Sign up for the Career Fair during the AAE23 registration process. If you have already registered and did not select that option, simply log back in to sign up. Please bring copies of your CV and be ready to chat with a variety of practice owners and managers. 

Employers

Looking for an endodontist who will match your organization’s needs? Please register for AAE23 to purchase your table. Only registered AAE members and AAE23 exhibiting companies are eligible to purchase an employer table at the career fair.  

Table Rates & Reservations  

The AAE encourages any endodontic employer from the clinical practice, education and military fields to purchase a table to participate as an employer at the Career Fair. Note: Individuals registering as an employer for the Career Fair on behalf of a corporate organization will be subject to corporate pricing, regardless of AAE membership status.

AAE Members: $100

Reserve a Career Fair table through the Registration and Housing partner site by April 3, 2022. 
 
AAE23 Exhibiting Companies: $300 

Reserve a Career Fair table by logging in to the Online Exhibitor Services Center and add it as a sponsorship by April 14, 2023. 
 
Participating in the career fair gets you: 

  • 6’ draped table at the event
  • Information about your opportunity distributed to all job-seeking attendees
  • Contact information of all candidate attendees who registered for the fair
  • Opportunity to visit one-on-one with potential candidates
  • Visibility among job seekers as an organization actively recruiting

IMPORTANT: Once you have completed your booth registration, please complete the Career Fair Form, which helps us share information about your company and opportunities with jobseekers. AAE staff will reach out one or two weeks prior to the event with final details. Due to space limitations, tables will not be offered for onsite purchase. 



ADA CERP
The AAE is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider, a recognized provider in California (#2030), Florida (#PP0049). Programs of the AAE (#214682) are accepted by AGD for Fellowship/Mastership credit. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. The AAE designates this activity for up to 28.5 continuing education credits. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to the Commission for Continuing Education Provider Recognition at ada.org/cerp.

Portions of this AAE meeting may be photographed or audio/video recorded for various purposes, including reporting, promotion, archival, or sale and distribution. By registering, individuals agree that the AAE may photograph or record by audio/video their attendance and involvement in any portion of the meeting. Furthermore, individuals agree that the AAE may use these photographs and/or recordings without additional approval or permission.
