Dental Hygiene Student
UNC-CH Adams School of Dentistry
Adam Clark is a dental hygiene student with a passion for community outreach, music, and learning. He was born in Garner, NC, but primarily raised in Raleigh, NC. Adam has been playing the violin for 19 years and the viola for 9 years, and enjoys helping the younger generations develop a love for music as much as himself.
During his time in college, Adam served as a committee member of the former Multicultural and Diversity Outreach Committee of the UNC undergraduate Student Government Association, where he worked to shape stronger communities and cross-relations with underrepresented groups. He is also a former member of Musical Empowerment, a non-profit organization that creates equitable access to music education by pairing children with college mentors to foster a love for music.
In addition to his campus involvement, Adam works as a certified nursing assistant on the Cardiovascular Intermediate Care Unit at WakeMed Health and Hospital, where he is dedicated to helping others. He is also the Dental Hygiene Class of 2023 Vice President, where he is committed to serving his classmates and advocating for the dental hygiene profession.
Adam is a dedicated and passionate individual who is committed to making a positive impact in his community and the world.
