Dr. Elaine M. Pagan Ortiz is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist , also a Qualified Dentist of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Is the State Dental Officer of Puerto Rico, and Professor of the University of Puerto Rico. She has dedicated to academia and school based prevention oral health programs in Puerto Rico. Also is one of the founders of the Maternal Infant Oral Health Center of Puerto Rico and Special Needs Children Prevention Initiatives.
