Dr. Julie Reynolds is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Preventive and Community Dentistry at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, and she is board-certified with the American Board of Dental Public Health. Dr. Reynolds has served on AAPHD’s Council on Scientific Information since 2019, and was co-chair of the council during calendar years 2020 and 2021. She teaches and mentors students in the University of Iowa College of Dentistry predoctoral program and graduate program in Dental Public Health, and her research interests include access to care for low-income populations, racial equity in oral health, quality measurement and improvement in dentistry, and teledentistry.
