Titania Martin Brownlee, DDS, MPH, FAGD is a part-time Dental Public Health Resident at UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry. For the last 10 years, Dr. Brownlee has been a Dental Officer for the United States Public Health Service with assignments to the United States Coast Guard in Mobile, AL and Houston, TX. Dr. Brownlee graduated dental school in 2011 from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry. She went on to complete a 1-year general practice residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center which is now known as BronxCare Health System. In 2019, Dr. Brownlee graduated from Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina with Masters in Public Health with a concentration Public Health Leadership.
