Jeremiah Poppen, BA, is a first-year dental student at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He enjoyed his project investigating the demographics of patients using Iowa's dental EHR system and is planning to continue his research in access to online dental records over the next year. Jeremiah completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Iowa, enrolling in several engineering classes along with his pre-dental coursework. During his undergraduate, Jeremiah worked on a project investigating the properties of an adhesive system filler with faculty from the Operative department. Jeremiah is planning to pursue a career in the military upon graduation.
