Developing, executing, and disseminating evaluation products is an essential part of evaluation and program work. The use and presentation of evaluation data in ways that are appropriate for different audiences helps to share findings, drive quality improvement, and inform decisions. There are many different types of partners and decision makers who can benefit from understanding and using evaluation findings. So how can your oral health program efficiently and effectively package your evaluation findings to communicate with different partners and decision makers beyond formal evaluation reports required by funders? How can evaluators and oral health program staff ensure that data are being used for programmatic decisions? During this workshop, presenters will identify audiences for evaluation findings, discuss the different ways evaluation findings can be shared, and provide examples beyond formal reports. In addition, this session will provide peer-to-peer discussions to repackage findings and hands on opportunities for practice and discovery.
Learning Objectives:
Identify various audiences for evaluation reports and products.
Describe the different needs for information on evaluation findings that various audiences have.
List 3-5 types of evaluation reports or deliverables that could meet the information needs of various audiences.
