EU Y1 FAQ's 

Q: What are the dates of Endocrine University 2023 Year 1?
A: EU Y1 is a 3-day virtual event. It starts on Thursday, February 2- Saturday, February 4. Click here to review the full program schedule.
 
Q: What topics does Endocrine University Year 1 focus on?
A: EU Y1 is a forum for fellows-in-training to enhance their endocrine curriculum. This program is intended for first-year endocrine fellows in training. The meeting focuses on the following topics: 
    - skills and technology training in diabetes
    - thyroid in diabetes
    - thyroid
    - bone 
    - parathyroid
 
Q: How much is registration?
A: To be able to register, you must be an active 2023 AACE Fellow member. Pricing for the virtual pass is $275.00. For additional information, please visit our pricing page.
 
Q: I want to attend but I am not available during the meeting dates.
A: No worries! By registering, you will receive on-demand access to the educational sessions post-meeting. Recordings will be available 2 weeks post-meeting. 
 
Q: What is the cancellation and refund policy?
A: All registrations are final sale. AACE will not process refunds for this meeting.
 
Q: How do I access meeting sessions?
A: To access the meeting sessions, you must be registered. Once you have registered, you will have access to login to our event page and personalize your schedule based on the content you are interested in viewing. When our event starts, you must be logged in to access our live stream and zoom meeting rooms. 
 
Q: Will the sessions be recorded?
A: Most sessions will be recorded. Recordings will be available on-demand 2 weeks post-event. They will be available for one year after the event concludes for you to view. If a presentation does not have a video to access, that speaker has opted not to share. 

NOTE: December 31, 2023 will be the last day to claim CME credit. 
 
Q: What should I do if something goes wrong during a session?
A:  We will have live support available during the meeting. If you are having any issues, we encourage you to perform a system check. If you still have concerns or questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at meetings@aace.com.
 
Q: What is the best way to view virtual content?
A: The best way to attend this meeting is through your computer, Google Chrome window is the preferred internet browser. You may attend the meeting via your mobile device but functionality may be limited. 
 
Q: How do I connect with other fellows-in-training during the meeting?
A:  We encourage you to connect with other peers. Use your 'My Experience' page to complete your attendee profile and send messages to other attendees based on common interests. You must log in to access this function.
 
Q: Do all sessions have Q&A time?
A: Yes, most sessions will have designated Q&A time. To ask questions, type your question(s) in the Q&A box. You can also upvote questions that you would also like answered.

Q: How do I claim CME?
A: To claim credit, make sure you are logged in using your AACE credentials. Then click on the 'Claim CME' tile. If you are having login issues, we encourage you to visit the AACE website and reset your account information
