Dr Dorit Rozner is the CTO of the Kitchen Hub, the first foodtech incubator in Israel established in 2014 by Strauss.
Dorit has more than 15 years of experience in managing global R&D teams in the field of microencapsulation and drug delivery of functional food, dietary supplements and pharmaceutical and extensive knowledge in biotech and fermentation processes.
Dorit brings with her extensive experience and ideas for innovation in technology and product development and she is responsible for the due-diligence process and for the technological support of the startups in the Kitchen Hub.
In her previous role she served as the CTO in a microbiome startup company for advanced drug delivery of biotherapeutics.
Before that, Dr. Rozner served as Director of Market Development for Technological Solutions and Head of R&D at Lycored (a natural food colorant and dietary supplements company) globally.
Dorit specialized in micro-encapsulation technologies of functional ingredients and dietary supplements.
Dorit holds a Msc in Environmental sciences and chemistry from the Hebrew University and a Ph. D in Organic chemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
