Ms Tong Wu completed master study in Food Science at the University of Melbourne 2016, and she has later commenced PhD candidature in the school of chemistry, Monash University in 2017. Tong has worked on studying the role of dietary protein in relation to human nutrition and has expertise in food chemistry, analytical chemistry, animal experiment and data analysis using R programming. Tong is passionate to translate science into practical and useful outcomes with relevance to food, health and innovative product development. Tong was recently appointed as Application Scientist to support the development of the new ePROB technology and hopes that ePROB can benefit the future food supply and promote overall health benefits.
