Lt. Lane is a 21-year veteran of the Tucson Police Department. He has served in a variety of roles and assignments to include extensive work as a detective investigating drug motivated violent crime and racketeering conspiracies. Lt. Lane has extensive supervisory experience with assignments to the Robbery Unit, Adult Sexual Assault Unit and Gun Crimes Unit. Lt. Lane has also served as commander of the Office of Professional Standards, patrol commander and as a captain in charge of a field division. Lt. Lane holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
