Orman Hall served as the executive director of the Fairfield County ADAMH Board, in Lancaster Ohio from 1989 through 2010. During his 21-year tenure in Fairfield County, the Board passed operating levies, obtained numerous state and federal grants and was recognized for its leadership in developing innovative services.
In 2011, Hall was appointed by Governor Kasich to serve as Director of the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services. From 2013 through 2014 He served as Director of the Governor’s Cabinet Opiate Action Team where his focus was on determining the scope of opioid addiction in Ohio and developing strategies for community education, prevention and treatment.
In 2015, Mr. Hall retired from the Kasich administration and assumed a position with the Supreme Court of Ohio overseeing the development of drug courts and other specialized dockets.
He currently serves as an analyst for the Ohio High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) and is an executive in residence for the Ohio University College of Health Sciences and Professions.
