Ruth Bowdish is currently the Managing Director for On Demand Occupational Medicine. She has over two decades of leadership experience and over a decade of experience working within the Occupational Health and Safety Industry. Ruth has been called on by various media outlets as well as national and state leaders to provide her knowledge and expertise on some of the toughest topics plaguing our society today. She has had the privilege to travel the country sharing her guidance and understanding of the skills needed to be successful in any industry. As a consultant, Ruth has provided invaluable information to create strong teams with strong leaders. As a Substance Abuse Professional, she has provided a deeper understanding of addiction and drugs in the workplace and as a counselor and coach, she has provided guidance to navigating personal difficulties that are holding people back from being the success stories they can be. Ruth has been invited to provide her wide array of knowledge at events regionally and nationally. With her dynamic presentation skills, she has spoken publicly with a great number of organizations including Regional Chamber Organizations, The National Safety Council, and the Bureau of Workers Compensation. In 2017, Ruth had the honor of speaking at the Ohio Statehouse, working among top political leaders in the proposal of legislation as well as sitting on the health care panel for the senate caucus. Most recently she was honored as being a nominee for the 2020/2021 Athena Award presented by the Youngstown Warren Regional. Ruth has dedicated her education and career to promoting safe and healthy work environments as well as increasing corporate and individual success stories. Ruth’s commitment to expand her knowledge and understanding has made her a leader in many industries and an asset to workforces around the country.
