Erin Wick has dedicated her career to increasing access to adolescent behavioral health. Though her work resides primarily in the five- county Capital region, her leadership and initiative have made an impact across Washington State. Her program is currently the only of its kind in Washington; dually licensed to provide comprehensive mental health and substance abuse treatment services.
Under Erin's leadership, her team has been successful in:
• Securing numerous federal grants and contracts
• Fostering long-term community partnerships
• Implementing innovative projects (including Washington's first Adolescent Recovery Oriented System of Care program.)
Erin partners with school leaders, governmental and public agencies, and communities across the region and state. Through these partnerships, she secures funding to implement and maintain services. She has a focus on meeting programmatic and regulatory requirements.
Erin leads through delegation and personal involvement to develop programs with a unified vision. As a project manager, she directs a budget of over 6 million dollars. She works to ensure that programs operate within established timeframes and requirements.
