I have spent the past 27 years with the Milwaukie Police Department. I have served as an officer, detective, federal task force officer, SWAT team member, sergeant, captain, and chief of police for the last three years. For the past five years I have been involved in supporting local public health as they seek new ways to respond to drug abuse issues.
