Chief Operations Officer for HealtHIE Community Center, LLC. Designer of the COINS Model a Collaborative Healthcare Initiative for the Rural Market. This model integrates primary care, behavioral healthcare, on-site pharmacy services, transportation coordination and graduate preceptorship experiences to rural Georgia. Dr. Lee is Georgia's 2021 NOSORH Community Star for her dedicated work to Rural Georgia.

Graduate faculty & DNP Program Coordinator in the CONHS at VSU. Currently teaching in the graduate programs at both the MSN and DNP level. Designer of a Rural Preceptor Network for students in graduate clinical rotations to utilize Rural Georgia providers and healthcare systems to obtain high quality training while learning about rural, underserved and at-risk populations.
