Ann Kraft, MBA, M.S., currently serves as Head of Strategic Partnerships for the National Center for Wellness and Recovery (NCWR), an entity established by Oklahoma State University, where she works with industry and academia to advance research and provide innovative treatments for pain and addiction. Previously Ann was Vice President and Global Head of Business Development for rare disease and neuroscience at Ipsen Bioscience, Inc. in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and held various roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Ann has completed over $2 billion in healthcare deal transactions and has extensive experience in pharmaceutical and biotech business development activities including strategy development, collaboration, negotiation, licensing, acquisitions, deal structuring and alliance management. She is a member of the board of directors for the Harvard Business School Healthcare Alumni Association (HBSHAA), Women in Biotech, and was a co-chair for the 2019 HBSHAA Annual Conference.
