Malinda Gowin is currently the data analyst in the Office of Behavioral Health Prevention & Federal Grants (OBHPFG) at the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD). She holds a bachelors degree in anthropology from North Carolina State University and a masters in public health degree from Emory University. In her role as a data analyst, Malinda works with project evaluators, data collection systems managers, and other Georgia state agencies to ensure that OBHPFG is collecting adequate process and outcome data for planning and reporting purposes. She also serves as a Co-Chair for Georgia’s State Epidemiology Outcomes Workgroup (SEOW).
