Kelly is the Social Work Coordinator for the Office of Opioid Safety with MetroHealth Hospital. Kelly received her master’s degree in Social Work in 2019, as well as, her Bachelors in Addiction Counseling in 2015 from Indiana Wesleyan University. Kelly received her LSW and LICDC in 2019. Kelly works directly with first responders from local law enforcement agencies and fire departments throughout Cuyahoga County to distribute Narcan, provide education, resources, and support to overdose survivors and their families.
