Claire Zilber, M.D., is a psychiatrist in private practice in Denver, Colorado. A faculty member at the PROBE Program since 2009, she was Chair of the Colorado Psychiatric Society's Ethics Committee from 2003-2019, and served on the American Psychiatric Association's Ethics Committee for five years. She has authored several book chapters as well as a monthly column for Psychiatric News on professionalism and ethics. She is the co-author of "Living in Limbo: Creating Structure and Peace When Someone You Love Is Ill," winner of the 2017 Silver Nautilus Book Award.
