Ali Mokdad, MD, PhD, MBA is the U.S. Medical Director for Congenital and Acquired Hemophilia A and B with Takeda Pharmaceuticals. After three years of postdoctoral research at the University of California in San Francisco and the University of Montreal, Ali transitioned from Academia to the Pharmaceutical Industry in 2010. He has been with Takeda for more than six years. Ali holds a Medical Doctor degree from Kursk State Medical University in Russia, a PhD degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
