Consultant Paediatric Haematologist
Oxford Haemophilia and Thrombosis Centre
Georgina Hall, BSc PhD FRCP FRCPath FRCPCH, is a Consultant Paediatric and Adolescent Haematologist at the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Oxford in the UK. Dr Hall led the creation of the dedicated paediatric haemophilia service in Oxford in 2015.
Dr Hall is the lead clinician for Teenagers and Young Adults with Cancer (TYA) for the Thames Valley. She is the Clinical Programme Director for JACIE (the Joint Accreditation Committee of the International Society for Cellular Therapy and the European Group for Blood and Marrow Transplantation) accreditation (stem cell services) in paediatrics and Chief and Principal Investigator for lymphoma and haemophilia trials, locally and nationally.
Dr Hall’s clinical and research interests include haemophilia, thrombosis, myeloproliferative disorders in childhood, haematological complications of Down Syndrome, and paediatric/neonatal transfusion. She has (co-)authored over 60 research articles.
