Hi, I am Chloé Jacquet (Ph,D) and post-doctor in Dr. Anne-Marie Fors Connolly´s group, Umeå Unversity, Depratment of Clinical Microbiology, Sweden.
After studying biology at the University of Limoges, France, I specialized in virology during my PhD (2016-2019). I improved ex vivo and mice models for drug evaluation against cytomegalovirus infection. In April 2020, I moved to Umeå University to join the group of Dr. Anne-Marie Fors Connolly. In my project, I study endothelial glycocalyx degradation during hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome caused by Hantavirus infection, using molecular and cellular models
