Geoff Werstuck is a Professor in the Department of Medicine (with a cross appointment to Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences) at the Thrombosis and Atherosclerosis Research Institute. His research is focused upon understanding the molecular and cellular mechanisms that underlie the development and progression of atherosclerosis. His research is funded by the CIHR, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, and Diabetes Canada and he is supported by an HSFC Ontario Mid-Career Investigator Award and the ISTH-McMaster Chair in Thrombosis and Haemostasis Research.
