Dr Samantha J Montague, Postdoctoral Resarcher at the University of Birmingham. Research interests include exploring the roles of platelets and platelet receptors in thrombus formation and stability and understanding how platelet defects can lead to various pathologies and coagulopathies. Current research involves studying the underlying mechanisms of platelet activation in vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT).
