Patricia Öftering, MSc: I am currently working as a PhD student in the group of Prof. Dr. Bernhard Nieswandt at the Institute of Experimental Biomedicine, University Hospital Würzburg and Rudolf Virchow Center for Integrative and Translational Bioimaging, University of Würzburg, Germany.
I completed my BSc and MSc studies in Biomedicine at the Universtiy of Würzburg in 2017 and 2019, respectively. In my PhD project I am investigating the role of platelet glycoprotein V in thrombosis and hemostasis and its therapeutic potential in translational approaches.
