Sandra Konrath, MSc, is a PhD candidate at the Institute of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine, University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE), Hamburg, Germany.
She graduated with a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry in Halle (Saale), Germany, in 2017. After working as a technical assistant for 2 years, she started her PhD in the laboratory of Thomas Renné, with the plasma contact system as her research focus. Since this year, 2022, she is a member of the German Society for Thrombosis and Hemostasis Research (GTH) and has received the GTH Rudolf Marx Scholarship. She will also receive the Early Career Award at this year's ISTH Congress.
