Post Doc
Inserm U1176
I am Dr. Claire Kizlik-Masson, post doctoral researcher in the unit U1176 (Inserm, Kremlin-BicĂȘtre, France) in Dr. C.Denis's team.
I did my PhD at the GICC in Tours (France) under the supervision of Pr C.Pouplard, Dr. J.Rollin in Pr.Y Gruel's team. We developped a mAb that mimicks Heparin Induced Thrombocytopenia (HIT) antibodies. We also demonstrated that IdeS, a bacterial protease, which cleaves HIT IgGs, prevents them from activating the platelet receptor FcgRIIa and could be a treatment for HIT patients.
I am currently working as a post-doc at Inserm U1176 lab with Dr. Denis, Dr. Lenting and Dr. Casari on a diagnostic assay for patients suffering from acquired Von Willebrand Disease.
