Meryl Brod, PhD is President of The Brod Group, a Health Outcomes and Phase IV strategic planning consultancy. Dr. Brod is a recognized expert in the development of patient-reported and observer-reported measures to evaluate Quality of Life, Treatment Satisfaction, Resource Utilization and Burden of Illness as well as the strategy and design of Late Phase studies including Registries, Comparator Trials and Effectiveness Studies. Her experience includes serving as Principal Investigator on numerous clinical trials and authoring over 100 peer reviewed publications. Dr. Brod is a graduate of Emory University, the University of Chicago and the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine
