My name is Ana Bura and I am in the final year of my PhD program at the Department of Biotechnology, University of Rijeka, Croatia. For my PhD thesis, in the laboratory for hematopoiesis, I investigate the role of phosphoinositides in platelets. I earned my master's degree in the field of biotechnology in medicine and I wish to pursue a scientific career.
