Liliana C. Rossetti, studied at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry, University of Buenos Aires (UBA), where earned her degree in Biochemistry (1994) and obtained her PhD in the Molecular Biology Area (2002). She is currently Adjunct Researcher at CONICET, Co-director of the Laboratory of Molecular Genetics of Hemophilia of the Institute of Experimental Medicine/CONICET- National Academy of Medicine, and lecturer since 1996, in the Chair of Genetics at UBA. She did some of her post-doctoral training at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield, UK (2002) by the IHTC Fellowship Program, under the direction of Dr Anne Goodeve and Dr Michael Makris, specializing in Molecular Diagnosis of Hemophilia. Actually her research line is: Genotype-Phenotype relationships in Hemophilia. Genetic basis of inhibitor development, immune-tolerance induction response and discordant FVIII:C assays. She has published more than 25 papers in international peer-reviewed journals, made more than 90 presentations at national and international conferences, and acts as a reviewer for publications and research projects for numerous national and international journals and organizations.
