Dr Charlotte Lindsay MSc is a Clinical Research Fellow and PhD student at the Centre for Trauma Sciences at Queen Mary University of London. She studied medicine at the Norwich Medical School, University of East Anglia, and trained in emergency medicine in the East of England where she developed an interest in trauma and paediatrics. Her research interests include characterising the coagulopathy of traumatic brain injury and the physiological response to injury in children. She leads on expansion of the centre’s Activation of Coagulation and Inflammation in Trauma (ACIT) study to include children.
