Professor Roopen Arya MA PhD FRCP FRCPath
Roopen Arya is Clinical Director for Haematological Medicine at King’s College Hospital in London. He is Director of King’s Thrombosis Centre and Professor of Thrombosis and Haemostasis at King’s. He trained at Oxford and King’s. His main interests are venous thromboembolism, thrombophilia, anticoagulation, and women’s health. He is passionate about thrombosis research and advancing safety and quality through innovative and patient-centric approaches to thrombosis prevention and care. He is Director of the National VTE Exemplar Centres Network in England.
