Andrew D. Sparks, MS, is a Research Biostatistician for the Department of Medical Biostatistics at the University of Vermont. He received his bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a concentration in Statistics from the University of North Carolina at Asheville in 2015, as well as his master's degree in Biostatistics from the University of Vermont in 2017. Upon completion of his master's degree, Andrew worked as a Statistician for the George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates Department of Surgery from 2017 through the end of 2020 where he co-authored over 75 peer-reviewed manuscript publications. Andrew started his work as a Research Biostatistician at the University of Vermont in early 2021 and has shifted his research support and focus towards epidemiological-based research in hematology and oncology.
