Eleonora is currently employed as a PhD candidate at the department of Clinical Epidemiology of Leiden University Medical Center (Netherlands). She studied Medicine at the University of Florence (Italy) and moved to the Netherlands for her PhD. Her main research interested lies in improving the risk of bleeding and thrombosis during anticoagulant treatment, by discovering novel risk factors. She is also interested in epidemiology and methodology of research.
