Responsible for adult hemophilia care at Hemophilia Centre Copenhagen, chair of the Danish Medicines Agency Hemophilia board, and member of the Nordic hemophilia council executive committee. Co-author of both national and Nordic hemophilia treatment guidelines, primary investigator in clinical hemophilia trials, and involved in Nordic register studies.

Responsible for education at Department of Hematology, Rigshospitalet. Chair of the Danish hematology association education board, responsible for the hematology specialist course program, and engaged in research in communication skills training.
