At the same time, managing and adjusting lab protocols per each pandemic and epidemic such as AIDS, Hanta, Yellow Fever, H1N1, Antrax, Dengue, Tuberculosis, COVID-19.
Constantly ensuring lab safety standards are met and completing international protocols compliance. Building employee experience by addressing team morale matters and offering guidance to junior scientists, and supports peers.
