David S. Paul’s research interests are centered around various aspects of platelet signaling and function. More specifically, he is focused on two main areas of platelet research: 1) Characterizing modulators of the small GTPase, Rap1, which largely governs how platelets respond to pathophysiological challenges, and 2) Establishing and validating novel mouse models for the evaluation of platelet function in the context of hemostasis and thrombosis.
