Dr Renee Eslick is a consultant clinical and laboratory haematologist based in Canberra, Australia. She is an accredited obstetric physician and a founding member of the Haematology in Obstetrics and Women's Health (HOW) Collaborative, a multidisciplinary group which focuses on obstetric haematology education and research. She was the lead author for recently published Australian and New Zealand guidelines on the management of thrombocytopenia in pregnancy. She is passionate about medical education and is the Network Director of Physician Education at Canberra Health Services. She is a university lecturer and received the Clinical Dean's Distinguished Service Award for the University of New South Wales medical school. She is the vice chair of the ISTH Early Career Committee.
