Julia Giancola received her BA in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis and her BSN from Regis College in MA. She has been a nurse at Boston Children’s Hospital since 2004 in the med-surg, critical care, and now research setting. She received her MSN in Education from Framingham State University in MA in 2021. In 2018 Julia joined the Division of Pulmonary Medicine’s research team and has largely focused on trials in Cystic Fibrosis since then. In addition to her responsibilities as a lead RC and clinical research nurse she also participates on the TDN Protocol Review Committee, TDN Genetic Therapy Workshop Group and was recently selected to participate in the LOFT-RC program starting in the fall of 2022.
