Adult Cystic Fibrosis Center of Central Texas
Kaitlyn Kennis, MPH, RD LD is currently the registered dietitian at the Adult Cystic Fibrosis Center of Central Texas. Kaitlyn grew up in Austin, Texas and has lived in the area for most of her life. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin (Hook ’em!) and a Master’s degree in Public Health/combined dietetic internship from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Prior to working with CF, she worked with both inpatient and outpatient organ transplant patients in Houston. She is passionate about nutrition in chronic disease, health promotion and behavior change, and considering her patient’s individual public health concerns. In her free time she enjoys cooking new recipes, walking her dachshund Connor, doing Peloton workouts, and spending time with her family (and their additional 3 dachshunds).
